Format specification:
First string - File ID - MUST BE [MPC NAMES]
Next may be comments, whith must begin from ";" symbol;
Next defined sections [POINT] [POLYGON] [POLYLINES]
String in section - HEX number of type - space (s) then - string - GRMN_TYPE
example:
